“I was unmotivated and bored with the gym – Kristy and Jenna changed all that and more. Doing Boot Camp with the girls is hard work, but it’s also fun and you can see real results. Whilst I wasn’t overweight I’ve dropped centimetres and lost body fat (and gained a new wardrobe as well). Besides the hard work the groups are really social – everyone encourages each other and despite having to carry logs up Mount Taylor, we do have fun!
I’ve gone from a one day a week goer to exercising at least 4 – 5 times a week, have completed my first ever fun run, been white water rafting, stayed up all night at the Relay 4 Life, and have done push ups on frosty ground at 6am”

Jenna presented as a picture of health and fitness when i first met her as a dental patient some 4 months ago. I found out that she was a Personal Trainer in the fitness industry and Co-Owned a business called Pioneer Training. I asked for her business card and called her and i am very glad that i did so. Jenna set out a very workable program for me and from day one i have felt weekly improvements and feel great. After each session Jenna calls me to see how i have pulled up and to encourage me. The hallmark of a good teacher who cares.
I carry Rugby injuries from my twenties, have had major heart surgery 12 years ago and i thought i was reasonably fit for a 73 year old…. that is until Jenna put me through my first fitness assessment how wrong i was. I am truly amazed with her patient coaching and my fitness assessment results have improved each time. Not only am i feeling better, my work output has increased and the agony in my neck and lower back is now an occasional nuisance. The truly exciting thing is that i am a novice under Jenna’s coaching. By Christmas i will be DANGEROUS!!
