We kicked off our 6 weeks indoors today and with an awesome -4 outside we were all happy to be inside. A great session of upper and legs had the girls full of smiles and catching up after one week off. A huge 6 weeks ahead ladies we are all pumped!!!  Welcome to all of our new girls.</p>
