Call me a sadist, but there is nothing more satisfying than seeing your clients writhing around on the ground in pain during a wicked weights session. Ron, Bec and Deb train every tuesday night together and are put through weights sessions that would make you cry. Changing the training principle at least once a month, their strength has progressed out of sight and so has their muscle definition. Training in a small group environment still ensures quality technique and individual programs but encourages that competition and friendly banter. Trying to get that last rep out whilst 3 other people are screaming encouragement at you definately helps get the most out. Even the local walkers clap and cheer in amazement.

Jimmy has come a huge way in only 20 sessions, putting on 18cm in girth measurements, and increasing in his weights by over 400%. Built like a gazelle (and with speed to match), Jimmy’s body type is tall and lean. So increasing his calorie intake, adding in more protein, and ripping the hell out of his muscles everytime he frolicks into my garage, Jimmy crawls back out, another centimeter bigger. Keeping the fat intake super low and smashing his abdominals has also kept his girlfriend happy with a very well developing 6 pack, and the onset of a nice v.  Terrific effort to you Jimmy, it’s nice to see you finally doing heavier weights than me! xxx     :)

Erin picked up Personal training this March and has put in a huge effort losing 17.5cms in 2 months! Concentrating on high intense cardio and full upper weights, Erin has improved dramatically in her fitness and has tripled in strength in her shoulders. With long distance running next on the agenda, Erin is pumped to try her hand at some of the upcoming fun runs. Keep up the awesome work Erin, you are an absolute pleasure to train, even if you have just gotten out of bed….  :)

Lean Machine!

Kristys PT May 2010 

Peta started personal training in January of this year and has transformed her body into a sculpted lean fighting machine! With a strong isolating weights program, we have defined and cut up Peta’s upper body beautifully. The definition through her back, shoulders and triceps is amazing, and after losing a whopping 15kg, it’s an awesome feeling for her to have people commenting on how trim and toned she is looking and how awesome her muscles are! With her body responding to all training principles we have put into her programming, the possiblilities are endless!  Well done Peta, you look absolutely amazing and I am super proud of our results.

Kristys PT May 2010 

A huge congrats to Carla for smashing through the 10km Mothers Day Classic on the weekend to clock a superfast time of 45min! Achieving her PB, and now back in front of my run speed, Carla is super smiley and well deserved buddy! With some awesome races coming up throughout the next 6 months it is on like donkey kong. It’s fantastic to see everyones pacing picking up with Bec and Steph under the 50min, Blaydo just shaving over the 50min, and with up and coming running stars Christina and Peta entering the race scene and at gazelle speeds!

Also a special mention to Carla who also knocked a massive 11 minutes of her filthy 50 time trial! Now can she re-gain the Fatcracker title of John Boy??? We may have to have a showdown in PT soon…

Steve and Julie pt post

Julie and Steve have just hit their 1 year anniversary with Pioneer Training and WOW what a year it has been! Over 40kg lost between the couple and Steve has stripped off 105cm of girth measurements whilst Julie has taken off 88 of her own! Training these two together in their personal training sessions has been an absolute treat. To watch the cm’s fall off and their fitness testing results go through the roof has been unreal. The support these two have for each other is second to none, and it is obvious that it is the reason behind their success. Well done guys, keep up the awesome effort!

Belinda has been training with Pioneer Training now for around 10 months.  Personal training, Boxing, X-Training and a specific program, Belinda has reached a massive 15kg weight loss and 62cms off her girth measurements.  Great work Bel and although we have had some special special moments you have done super well.

A huge congratulations to Nat and Jason on the birth of their first baby! Clare was born on Saturday night and both her and Nat are doing super. Nat continued her personal training right up to 1 and a half weeks up to the birth, and has kept a wonderful figure due to her commitment to her exercise. Unfortunately for me she didn’t give birth in my garage, so I don’t get to name the baby Empidocles. Clare will have to do  :)        4 weeks rest and then we get to run again nat!!! Yee ha!

First Vomit of 2010! Congrats John Boy!

Well it only took 3 days for my plants to get their first fertalise of 2010, and what better client to start the year off then John Boy! Whilst I sat back and savoured the moment (and my museli bar), John re-tasted his bottle of gatorade all over my front garden after a smashing x-training time trial session. Exactly 9 minutes of vomiting and 27min 46sec of exercise. All credit to the young man for backing up and finishing the session off though. Any one else want to try this session?????

Oscar has been carving up in his Pt sessions and at 74 why wouldn’t you.  Still working 4 days a week Oscar has made massive improvements in his health and strength with weight training.  One leg Squats, Bosu knee drives Oscar is up to try everything.  Riding his bike to and from work and runs around the oval Oscar is an awesome inspiration and proves that it is never too late start training HARD!!!
