Finally we got to use the grass area today and although still a little soggy the group didn’t mind lengthening the legs out. With all equipment out the girls put in a huge effort with the running and strength work. A fabulous way to kick start your day.

The rain held off today for the session and thank god otherwise we would have been swim training. Around 24 pioneer were given the challenge of getting 1000 reps on 10 stations. The entire group got out over 500 each some reaching 700. A great effort by everyone.

A very hot morning so to get the best out of the group I kept them on the courts in the shade. Still a huge session to get through with the whole body invloved we pumped it out. To top it off at the end we set a calorie goal and everyone had to do burpees untill we hit the goal. With ease the group finished the session off. Great work today guys.

Zero running today but the heart rates were up high with the girls trying to get as many reps as possible. In a one hour session a few groups pumped out well over 3000 reps. We welcomed Lori, Beth, Rachael and Nerida to the session and all girls had a blinder. After the big count up of reps in first place were team 8 Ursula, Karen and Bel with a huge 3806 reps. Close in second was group 5 Ann, Nicole and Kate with 3561 reps and third place goes to group 9 Beth, Lori and Lisa. Nice work today ladies big effort.

30 Pioneers smashed out a huge session this morning, working every single muscle to fatigue. The group only got 6 lots of 10 sec rest time in the hour, no wonder we got up to 800 calories! Great job to everyone and a massive Happy 21st Birthday to Jess, who started her celebrations with X-Training ;)

Well thank god the sun came out today and we could bust out some killer moves on the steps. 30 pioneers 29 ladies and Lach had a massive hour of legs and cardio. Step drives and kick pad work had heart rates through the roof and we were definitely burning some calories too. Good work to the whole group today

A huge group this morning and we welcomed three new faces Jess, Lucas and Sarah to the group. Not the best session to start on as it was the biggest session for 2012 so far. Loads of running with quick rep strength work in between. As you worked your way through the exercises the surprise at the end was a 600m run. A huge session by everyone today, no one sent to the pole and filthy looks at trainers! All up a fabulous way to start the weekend.

A Mammoth leg session today and it was the one day I was happy to be an instructor not the client. Legs were shaking and heart rates were above and beyond anything normal. A huge effort by all the ladies who came and stayed the whole hour through a CRAZY leg session

Our first X-Training back for the year and of course Summer put on a show for us and the rain was here! Luckily for the group it stopped and ended up being a great morning outside working the entire body to its maximum. As usual the conversation was out of control. no one was allowed to talk to Belinda and we disgussed how we start off our life in nappies and we will finish life in nappies. Just something to look forward too.Great work by the group who even though the weather was not fab, still showed up to train.

Our Last Saturday for the year and it was full of leg work that will have them remembering us every Saturday until we return!! A Few quick runs in between all the leg work to spice up the session and then a wicked Push up Combo to really throw the group out. Thanks for a great year of X-Training Guys it has been a blast. Remember this Saturday will be a run from the Hotel Realm to Mackillop…….NOT! See you all at the Christmas Party
