
This is where the group wished to be, but instead were ripping up their legs and arms in a huge strength session at x training. Legs for 30 minutes then the upper body for the remainder our ears were burning like crazy on Sunday morning. But nice bums and arms = hot pioneer bodies

In preparation for the Easter festivities, Jenna and I ensured the group started the weekend in a calorie deficit. Girls were topping their PB’s in calorie counts. Numerous times there were dry heaves, and heart rate averages were over 80% for the session. It was an awesome group of Pioneers that smashed out the hour today. Everyone stepped up to the challenge and gave it their all. Have a great Easter everyone! Just a tiny treat, don’t over indulge

Our final Thursday night outside and with the space to lengthen the legs out we used the entire court. Mixing up the combos with running, leg work and upper body heart rates were screaming for air. Great work to the group for our last outdoor session.

Light back we are at Mackillop college in Wanniassa 6:30-7:30pm.
X-Training – Saturday 24/3/12
The all girl group took a bit to get going this morning but once they warmed up they were flying through the reps and racing across the court. A big interval session had the girls burning over 500 calories with only 30 minutes of work.
A big shout out to our Pioneer Katie who is getting married today! You look amazing buddy, we are super proud of your achievements. Rock that dress!

Good lord today we got some sun at boxing. A huge session set up for the group with a range of different exercises to keep the group guessing, Or was that Kristy trying to explain the exercises that kept them guessing. While the group pumped out the session kristy and I danced to the drums. Overall a typical Thursday night at boxing.
