Only a small session today…… Don’t kid yourself it was massive. Over 800 calories burned in the hour and I’m sure the calls have gone out to get handle bars in toilets so the Each of them can hold on to sit down. A fare amount of kicking to keep up heart rates and a huge amount of lunges and variations of squats. A fine morning in the and a brilliant way to start the day.

A huge session tonight with a thousand different combos and loads of court runs. A huge calorie session for the group and Kristy and I worked the group to their max. Great pad work from everyone. Don’t forget cross training this Saturday at Mackillop Wanniassa at 8am.

The girls copped a big calorie session at X-Training this morning, and whilst they were very social in their groups everyone put in a huge effort. Beautiful technique with the travel skips and plyometric exercises and 7min of successful box jumps! Well done girls ;)

The Pioneer boxers threw thowwwwsands of punches today. A number of the group face planted the mat in total fatigue, shoulders were screaming, the abs were burning and apparently they love me so much we only need to have a 45min class. Early mark?? Like hell! Great group tonight guys. You were all awesome!

A fabulous morning today and with a little frost on the grass we were on the courts for a huge calorie burning circuit. The whole toy box was out even a tyre was slipped in too. The group trained hard and had a huge calorie count. Nice work ladies.

The Pioneers started with speed and agility work to kick off the session, Brandon hitting 500 calories in 16minutes. We extended the combos tonight and the group nailed them within the practice time and smashed out the sets. Fantastic session guys, an awesome group to train!

A beautiful morning on the oval today and a huge circuit set up with all body parts covered. With the group good to go we hit one hour of chitter chatter and circuit work. Big smiles and a session under the belt the group have started their weekend on a high.

Three wicked words ” beep test boxing”!! Tonight the group went through levels 5 to 11 on the beep test with boxing and cardio exercises. First up level 5 with jab cross and sprints all the way to level 11 with blocks and sprints. With also up to 42 rounds of burpees running man and push ups to add to the list. The group loved I loved it and a ripper session to finish off the day.

A glorious morning for the group today, and what an effort they put in! All the big calorie burning exercises set with strength work to get the body into overdrive for the weekend. Starting the day off with a 600-800 calorie burn puts a smile on every face ;) well done girls, a great group and every person smashed the hour.

A huge session planned tonight and as always, Thursday night rain hit us hard. Lucky the group are indoors although the run from the car to the hall got the entire group drenched. Quick sprints to jack up the heart rates and a few combos to top it off had the group burn huge calories. Great work guys. a huge hour session and to those that didn’t come because of the rain, you missed an awesome session.
