Our Tuggeranong Boot Camp girls got an arm flogging today. Not often is it a relief to do a 400m lap with star jumps, but when Jenna and I say random hair day, we mean it! Arms were collapsing out from under the girls as they went down on their towels and swear words were the extent of the vocabulary. Unless your Britt, and can talk under water. Super work today girls, the session flew through.
Just a reminder Indoor Boot Camp starts on 14th May. We can only take a small group in the hall, so first in best dressed. $300 for the 6 weeks, Monday and Wednesdays.

Up Urambi hill this morning and the girls were told that if they weren’t in for a big session they should go home. All the girls stayed, partnered up and put in a huge huge effort. With kristy at the top of the hill we had a very successful session. Great way to start the week

Friday the 13th today and the girls finished off the week with a huge session. Non stop for the entire hour the girls worked the body to the limits. With heart rates well over the 170bpm the girls put in a massive effort. Only one set of penalties for not making it back to stations in time but is a 400m really a penalty we look at it as training for fitness testing in 3 weeks. Have an amazing weekend girls

A huge session down at pine island today with reps starting at 100 and making its way down to 10. 10 different stations to choose from and only Jane picked burpees with reps of 100. Arms were tired and there were some attempts of bargaining going on. Nice work for a mid week session gals.

Our pioneer girls were up at the crack of dawn today by the lake and with no gear the knew that the lake was their session. For a 6km loop of the lake the the girls covered 8.2km. And for every hard sprint they did we burned over 930 calories for the hour. A huge session from the girls today with only a few special moments from the group they all stepped up for the challenge.

The Tuggies Boot Camp girls were still up before the sun on this public holiday and were ripping up the dirt on Urambi Hill. Committed to their goals, the group worked super hard and were high fiving each other and encouraging for the whole hour. Great finish to a big week girls, rabs and I are super proud!

We stepped it back a notch today after a big session on Monday and getting ready for Fridays Urambi session. Boxing, Abs, water fights, and lots of talking and laughing. The girls were free to step back and have a bit of fun, and that they did. Focus back for Fridays session, bring it on!

We pumped the girls on a new track of mount Taylor today and the outcome was huge. Over 800 calories burnt some huge maximum heart rates and two very impressed trainers. A huge hour in the hill today and everyone pushed to the limit. Great way to start week 4.

Some of the girls covered over 5km worth of hills at pine island today which is a huge effort. Quick sprints had Mariah leading the girls up but not to far behind Jane and Allysha hot on her heels. Just to change it up from just running we had arm work for the shoulder and the best thing was I was not kidnapped in the dark by a killer !

Calories were on the agenda this morning, and we burnt huuuundreds of them! Average heart rates were above 150 for the hour and our highest calorie burn for one of our ladies was 790. The girls only had 5 x 30 seconds rest, and even though it was dark for 50mins of the session they absolutely flew through the session! Super proud of your effort today girls ;)
