Pine Island was our final destination for outdoor boot camp and we timed it perfectly with the weather. An awesome -2 this morning and the girls were feeling it. A quick walk down and we kicked off with some boxing, loads of running and still frozen fingers. The girls have had an amazing 8 weeks of x training and now it&#8217;s time to head indoors for the winter. Our players of the boot camp went to. Amy, Nerida and Jodie. Well deserved to all 3 for hard work and commitment.<br />
Tuggeranong boot camp is fully booked and we have a few spaces left in the city boot camp. Get in quick!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[A phenomenal 8 weeks off the girls and fitness testing proved that fitness, strength and ab work over the 8 weeks worked a treat. Individual result sheets were handed to the girls with all previous fitness test results and the goal that Kristy and I wanted them to get for the session today. Well&#8230;.. A phenomenal 8 weeks off the girls and fitness testing proved that fitness, strength and ab work over the 8 weeks worked a  treat. Individual result sheets were handed to the girls with all previous fitness test results and the goal that Kristy and I wanted them to get for the session today. Well&#8230;.. The girls took it on and not only smashed the goal but demolished it.  Nerida going from knees to toe push ups in 8 weeks, Amy adding an extra lap on her v02 max test. Fiona running the entire distance without walking and thats only a snippet of the results. Girls Kristy and I are beside ourselves with your results well done to all of you. Super impressed with your effort.</p>
