The civic girls were put through a tough session this morning and a good thing too as it was -4 outside. A quick warm up and we were rolling. Legs were screeming especially Helgas on the wall hold. Chris busted out a few Fs and I’m sure a few others did too. Nice work gals.

The Pioneer Training ladies are going to look fabulous before the warm weather hits. Trim, toned and terrific! We ripped the arms, legs and the lungs. Not one penalty and each team worked to their max. You know it’s a pretty good session when the easy station is the skipping set with shuttle sprints. Great job girls!

Only a small session today…… Don’t kid yourself it was massive. Over 800 calories burned in the hour and I’m sure the calls have gone out to get handle bars in toilets so the Each of them can hold on to sit down. A fare amount of kicking to keep up heart rates and a huge amount of lunges and variations of squats. A fine morning in the and a brilliant way to start the day.

A huge session tonight with a thousand different combos and loads of court runs. A huge calorie session for the group and Kristy and I worked the group to their max. Great pad work from everyone. Don’t forget cross training this Saturday at Mackillop Wanniassa at 8am.

Intervals is the name of the game and unlike the Tuggies group that got sprints introduced half way through the session, the civic girls ha an hour of it. The doors were open for air very quickly today as the group were wiping sweat of their brows. Great first week for the entire group with everyone pumped for the next 5 weeks.

Sheena has put a massive effort into her goal of weight loss training super hard since October. Losing 5 kgs in the last 6 weeks, Sheena has now lost 17kg since October last year. Losing massive calories in Boot Camp and P.T sessions, Sheena has also changed her eating habits ensuring that all that hard work early in the morning isn’t wasted ;) Recording her weekly result on a weight loss goal chart, Sheena is focused for an overseas trip and her brothers wedding early next year. Well done buddy, keep up the great work.

Just like that week one is done and dusted!! A huge circuit today and for the first 30 minutes the girls had a chat and attempted a hard session. Half way through the session the sprints were added in, Mona showed an amazing sprint and the girls clapped her on. Clearly Pauline won’t be walking ok tomorrow and Margie felt sorry for Nerida and tried to get her lighter weights…. Not gonna happen. Great first week girls. Well done today huge effort.

The girls were straight back into it without missing a step this morning. A week off was not obvious at all as the group picked up straight where we left off. We welcomed new girls Trish and Sabrina who did extremely well to keep up, and Ana, Helga and Erin are back in action after a break. Well done ladies. Study up on your flags, get ready for beep test, and let’s see what special door Lauren comes out of on Thursday…

We kicked off our 6 weeks indoors today and with an awesome -4 outside we were all happy to be inside. A great session of upper and legs had the girls full of smiles and catching up after one week off. A huge 6 weeks ahead ladies we are all pumped!!! Welcome to all of our new girls.

The girls copped a big calorie session at X-Training this morning, and whilst they were very social in their groups everyone put in a huge effort. Beautiful technique with the travel skips and plyometric exercises and 7min of successful box jumps! Well done girls ;)
