Tuggeranong boot camp week 5: Friday 10-2-12

4 words were on the lips of all the girls today “I’m going to vomit”. The goal 4 x 400m 3 x 300m 2 x 200m and 1 x 100m all with push up work and abs in between all runs. Our quickest 400m time was 1:29 but Kristy and I decided that the girls can be quicker. The girls only got up to the 300s but were thankful that the hour was up. Bel, Kel and Ursula discussed how to rig the player of the day points and how to split the money and kristy was on that quick smart. Another huge week by all the girls and thank god the rain held off
