Tuggeranong Boot Camp Week 6: Wednesday 28-9-11
Civic Boot Camp – Week 6: Tuesday 27/9/11

Hockey is over for the year so I pulled a few of my team mates in for a bit of off season training. The girls were already squealing with laughter in the carpark, scared at what they had gotten themselves into. Jenna and I pulled out the boxing gear, dumbbells and cones and we were off to the flat for a smashing session. The whole group put in an awesome effort this morning, and with not too much time for a breather. Player of the day points go to: Christina 3, Deb 2 and Zoe 1.

All the girls had eachother on their toes racing to get to the top. Margaret trained so hard she was trying to bring up last nights dinner whil half way up Annika had decided that she had just had enough. The entire group had an amazing session today and it was super hard to choose player of the day points.

X-Training Saturday 24-9-11
Kristy’s PT Client of the Week

Brandon started Personal Training with me in August this year and has lost 7kg in only 8 weeks. Following a strict daily home exercise program, and a few changes to his eating habits, Brandons physical well being has improved dramatically. Dropping weight consistently every single week, he hasn’t let a week slip and is well on his way to achieving his goals by next month! A few near vomits in PT and always 100% put in Brandon has been a highlight of my Thursdays. Keep up that level of motivation and you will be an absolute weapon by Xmas!!!
Tuggeranong Boot Camp Week 5: Friday 23-9-11

A huge upper body circuit with a scenic 600m lap run at Lake Tuggeranong. It was a beautiful morning for a massive workout and with over 15 stations and 50 reps to get out on each, the girls had a huge job to do. Heads down bums up minus the naughty group which my mum (Julie) keeps on instigating. Some quick runs and failing arms will have the group having funky hair for a week. Some stats for the session: Over 5km run, over 350 reps performed on various upper body exercises and just a few calories burnt into thin air, Catherine 455 calories, Ann 541 calories, Venetia 724 calories and Belinda 670 calories.
Player of the day: 3 points Katie, 2 points Kira 1 point Erin
Boxing Thursday 22-9-11

A huge fitness session tonight and it was on like donkey kong. A few combos that had hands flying everywhere but after a few minutes of it we had it under control. Dennis showed the group how to do push ups on your toes for a minute which had a few of the group realise they were slacking off. After a huge hour on the pads we had a little AB work to finish off. We only have one more week at M-Power dome then we hit the great outdoors again.
Civic Boot Camp – Thursday 22/9/11

The girls were set a X-Training challenge today. With a goal and a set time to do it in the girls were flying through the massive session on Regatta Hill. Jenna spent her time laughing at the ducks and I decided I’m looking for a wife to go in a balloon ride with me. Toni fresh from having tuesday and corporate off put in a massive session and was the first in the group to complete the challenge. All the girls put in a huge effort and all finished super close to each other.
Player of the day points go to: Toni 3, Zoe 2 and Janja 1.
Tuggeranong Boot Camp Week 5: Wednesday 21-9-11

It was a super fresh day out on the oval fr the Tuggies girls and thank god we were boxing as it did not take the group long to warm up at all. The 1 to 10 cones were placed up the oval and coloured cones placed around the oval and the girls were off into it. Two of our civic girls rocked up to the session due to us having to cancel the Civic group on Tuesday due to lightning. Having a point to prove that Civic were better they stepped up to the plate and led the group. Venetia and Julie F were on the Wing putting in the big hits and there was no naughty group at all today. Venetia hit a massive 785 calories! Great work today guys. Player of the day points go to: Christina 3, Mariah 2, Kel D 1.
