A big session of weights and varied runs today and the girls absolutely flogged it! The chicken arms were on fire but the girls stepped up to the challenge and impressed the hell out of me today. Technique was absolutely spot on, and everyone put in a massive effort in keeping their runs quick. We even had time to lay down some bets on the outcome of tonights “Offspring” episode! Don’t do it Nina!!! We love Patrick!!!

civic boot camp 12/7/11 

Pioneer Training clients have learnt very quickly that if you turn up for your class and there isn’t any equiptment you are up for lots and lots of running. It hadn’t even hit 6am and I was already being abused. Welcome to my life. Well you know what girls, suck it the hell up! You want weight loss, hot legs and toned tummies, today is your day to shine! 1min sprint, 1min legs, 1min abs all morning long!!! The girls were gasping for air, legs were on fire, and abs were ripping out of their stomachs. Zoe thought she would test me out with jenna home sick and yes she got busted big time. Great effort this morning girls, have a super day :)

The Tuggies girls were hit with a hard Mondays session today and I am sure the girls were more than happy to get warm quick with it being so cold outside.  In groups of three today lots of legs and only a few drink breaks.  Megan even though threatened with penalties still took 30 seconds to get her drink instead of 10 and was completely oblivious to the countdown.  Being so funny we let the group of this once.  We are loving the indoors right now and with the group putting in a huge effort we are going to kick butt when we head outdoors.

1-10 time trials and some very fresh air.  The group when they arrived saw no equipment and straight away knew they were in for a little bit of running today.  Lou made it quite clear how much she hates running and while the conversation about Kristy on the Chair lift entertained the group everyone still worked very hard.  The hour went quick and it was all over before they knew it.  Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe.

The group were put through a range of drills tonight with some quick sprints to raise the heart rates.  Katie was partnered with Kristy and had to do double the work and had double the motivation.  John and Lach had a smashing session and Bel worked hard with Ursula.  Great work to everyone.

Pioneer Training’s is out of the blocks first this summer! Our girls have absolutely smashed this week, and with both Tuggers and Civic booked out, there are 45 women that mean serious business. Our girls will be looking hot, hot, hot in their teeny outfits when it gets warmer and the rest of canberra will be freaking out spending the whole of summer in baggy clothes trying to lose the winter weight! The girls covered about 4km this morning and when its in a court only 50m long, thats alot of sprinting. Jenna and I are so pumped about these two groups, you girls have put in such a massive effort this week. It may even be our best groups of 2011????

Week one down and only 5 to go and the Tuggies girls had a massive week.  Loads of cardio on Monday and then an hour of skipping and strength today, the calories are being burned into thin air!  Mona hit a huge 66o calories, Kristy showed the group how boxers don’t skip and the group as a whole got 2 minutes worth of burpees for taking to long on a drink break.  Well done to the new girls on a huge week and well done to the whole group for putting in a 100%

The Civic girls absolutely ROCKED today’s session.  Again no holding back on a big session the entire group put in  110%  We welcomed a few new girls to the group, Lacey, Paula, Janine and Sandra and the entire group made them feel right at home.  Gen our old school Pioneer graced us with her presence this morning helping encourage the girls through the massive hour of torture.  6 solid weeks of hard core training will have these girls looking amazing for Summer.

Week 1 today at Boot Camp and there was no warming into it, we were into hard. Boxing and sprints and the new girls were up the front of the pack pacing out the others.  We welcomed Beth, Jess, Samar, Karen and Julie to the group and welcomed back Brit and every one of them put in.  A bit rusty for some of the old group having a week off of sleeping in getting up at 5:30 was a bit of a shock to the system.  11 sessions to go and then we hit the great outdoors.
