In -3 degrees how else would you run a session in that kind of weather. We pulled out the tyres and roughed it up in the frost today just like our first Boot Camp session we ever did. The girls stepped it up and had no complaints about the session. Although it is hard when Lach tells us how good the Snow is up at Perisher and it’s 9 degree and sunny!! thanks Lach!!! A great way to start the day with a good session great weather and great clients!!!
Kristy’s PT Client of the week
Word got around on facebook pretty quick, so it may not be a surprise this week that the award goes to Kel for her amazing accomplishment of knocking off Carla’s record in Fat Cracker. Beating the awesome time by only 1 second, Kel knocked nearly a minute off her own record. The residents of Bonython would have wondered what on earth was going on in my garage on Monday arvo, with all the screaming and squealing! Since giving up smoking, dropping another 8cm and getting back into 2 pt sessions per week, Kel’s fitness has gone to a whole new level. Celebrating our 300th PT session this week is also a massive accomplishment. Her dedication to her PT sessions is second to none, even threatening to turn up and train in my driveway whilst I am on holidays. We have been through alot together buddy, and although you are definately high maintence…. you are a champion client
And that’s as fluffy as I get. P.S – I’m still waiting for my 300th Anniversary flowers….
Boxing Thursday 23-6-11
Boxing was a hoot last night with quick relay races and if you WON you got to do push ups. Clearly first place prize was only given to Blaydo and Kate everyone else who came first got to rest. Still the M power Dome in Fadden was ripped up last night as the group pumped out a huge session. Kylie thought she would show us her complete enjoyment with the worlds biggest smile.
Civic Boot Camp – Thursday 23/6/11
The city girls requested the session tuggers did on Tuesday and holy moly did they give it a red hot go! The girls started off strong, aware that it was a tough task just to finish 1 circuit in the time. Pushing through the stations hard and fast they took it to the wire, and once they had finished the first circuit and their points started to count, it was like a firecracker was lit under them! Jenna through her tantrum struggling with the wall ball, and then tried to distract people to slow them down. It was incredibly close with Team 2 only winning by 1 station! Both teams were amazing though. Team 1 pumped out 8,400 reps, Team 2 pumped out 8,450. Zoe hit nearly 900 calories in only 45minutes of actual work. Fantastic work girls, a great turn out for the last day as well. Congrats to Zoe, Christina and Janja for completing all 12 sessions as well girls, you look fantastic and it proves that commitment is the key!

Tuggeranong Boot Camp – Week 6: Monday 20/6/11
Pioneer Training at it’s finest this morning with a team challenge. Circuit of 18 stations with 50 reps, stair runs as the rest and reset. Simple instruction, beat the other team and complete as many stations as you can. Only a complete set through the 50 x 18 stations started your points counting, and the girls went like crazy to get that first set out for their team. Jenna wanted the door open for some fresh air after 15minutes of her working out. A few got it knocked out in time and then got the points going on the board , some girls took it to the wire and just completed the set in the 55min and some fell just short. Team 1 dominated though, and pumped out a massive 143 stations compared to Team 2 who completed 114. Thats a massive total of 7,150 reps for Team 1!!! Super effort to everyone though, it was a tough session, but you guys stepped up to the challenge and knuckled down. By the time the girls got in their car to go home they had burnt over 700 calories.
Next Boot Camp starts on Monday 4th July, we have a few spots remaining so if you bring along fresh meat (new pioneer client) you get your boot camp for free!!! Remember newbies get it for $150.
