A small group for the City girls today and a huge session on Calories.  The session didn’t get off to a great start with Bec dropping part of her step down a big black hole.  With Kristy’s legs in the air reaching we finally got the raiser back.  Zoe being the timer first up had the challenge of burning 30 calories as quick as possible 2 minutes later the calories were burned a huge effort by Zoe.  Liz had the challenge of doing 10 burpies 10 running man for 5 sets before the group could finish, a massive effort by Liz.  Christina had to do 3 hill sprints before the group could finish and smashed them out with ease.  Tracey has learnt that trainers can not count and 5 sets turn into 6 or 7 or until we decide its over.  Great work today girls.

Player of the day points go to. Liz 3 points Christina 2 points, Tracey 1 point

The tuggers girls had a rocking session this morning at Kambah oval. The legs were giving way in the first half of the session and the girls were already dreading the following day soreness. Lucky we have MT Taylor on Friday to flush it all out! Nicoles rendition of skipping was the highlight of the morning, Erins facial expressions came in a close second, and the sisterly rivalry between Ang and Megan was right on display in the oval sprints.

Player of the day points go to: Michelle 3, Joey 2, Erin 1.

Long runs, kickboxing, plyo work, skipping, upper strength….. it was all there for civic today, and thank the heavens the girls were busy as it was  – 20 degrees and we were actually getting wet from the fog. The girls kickboxing was awesome and their beautiful frog jumps nearly brought a tear to my eye they were so perfect. Big session planned for thursday girls, we are going to chase all the boys around the lake until we come back with a boyfriend for Christina :)    Either that or I’m going to have to lend her my monkey that wifey is getting me for xmas.

Player of the day points go to: Sian 3, Liz 2, Ana 1.

The girls needed a few moments to work themselves out this morning, actually how about 30 minutes worth??? Apparently instructions are in chinese before 7am. The threat of hill sprints for the remaining 30minutes soon turned their English hearing on and we were sorted. The girls were up for a big session and it took every ounce of motivation Jenna and I could give to get their little legs moving quicker and their arms stronger. Point Hut is always a hard location, but the girls stuck it out and managed to finish without me pulling my hair out.

Player of the day points go to: Romina 3, Annie 2, Liz 1.

Tuggeranong Boot Camp hit Urambi Hill today, and those girls absolutely tore up that hill! The group put in a massive effort and the session was extra nasty. No breaks, no time to whinge, only time to stick up your finger for the camera! Super hard to give player of the day points out as it is impossible to seperate the girls level of effort. I think 3 points should go to Venetias stunning aqua tracksuit pants???  :)

Player of the day points go to: 1 for everyone!!!

Pioneer Training was rocking MPowerdome tonight! Awesome hard hitouts, lots of quick agility moves to keep everyone on their toes. Kylie and Julie were loving the dummy jabs, so excited about taking a swing at each other that they kept forgetting their lead in combos! A great session to our all girls group tonight.

Personal Training client of the week this week goes to Gus! Gus has torn off over 6kg in 6 weeks and has come along way from his vomit in my front yard  :)   Smashing through some awesome tranining sessions and steadily building up his running fitness, the cm’s are falling off him. Exchanging some unhealthy eating options to basic fresh food and smaller portions and completing exercise sessions at home, we are well on the way to changing Gus’  life for the better. Steadily increasing the work load and intensity in the training Gus is perfecting his technique and ensuring that we don’t plateu before we reach our goal. Well done Gus, keep on track buddy, you are doing awesome!!!

The Medicine balls were out today and while we had a nice relaxing walk to Rond terrace there was no time for relaxing once we arrived. Med throws with sprints and ab work had some of the girls bent over in the Vomit position within the first 20 minutes.  While Sloane was still half a sleep and had no idea what we were doing, Janja was so excited about the Soccer scores to see if her team was winning. The rest of the group were busting out quick sprints and med ball work.  With only 6 sessions to go before we head indoors, Kristy and I are making the most our amazing outdoors.

Player of the day points go to: 3 points Bec 2 points Toni 1 point Liz
