Fitness - Adventures - Boot Camps
Spring has sprung and we nearly even needed our sunnies on this morning!!! The girls boxed their way through their conversations this morning, and for once the topics were clean? Must have been for Tiffany’s benefit. We welcomed Tiff to the group and she put in a tremendous effort. Super show on the arms today ladies, our points go to: Romina (3), Linda N (2) and Tracey (1).
The girls had strength today and while they worked on their beautiful curtsy lunges their heart rates weren’t down for to long before we hit hills and skipping. Technique was great and the focus was there and they all put in a massive workout. Great work girls. 3 weeks to go.
After a massive Leg session on Monday the girls were given a huge upper body workout today. Two thing that never go together are boxing and dumbbells!! Well thank god the sun came out today and we could bust out some killer moves on the steps. 30 pioneers 29 ladies and Lach had a massive hour of legs and cardio. 13 Pioneers scoffed at the rain tonight and smashed a huuuuuge session out on the oval. Those princesses that didn’t want to get their hair wet missed a 650 calorie session. Time to step up guys, it’s canberra, you stay st home every time it’s miserable outside you are never going to get your goals.

A huge congratulations to Bel who last night hit her final and end goal of 65kg. Thats a total of 30.6kglost and a whopping 130cm ofher girth measurements AND a hell of a lot of ass kicking. Great work Bel!
My PT client of the week this week goes to Sarah. Training for only 5 weeks now, Sarah has already lost 17.5cm’s.
