Tuggeranong Boot Camp week 2: Monday 30-8-10

Who would have thought we would bust out the tyre this early in the Boot Camp! The girls stepped up massive today and not even a slight whinge when they saw the tyres. Poor Annie had to drag Kristy and the tyre and went hard with the encouragement of the girls. Romina looked like she didn’t even have a tyre on and Bri was hammered on the step, still sore from Saturday. Great way to kick off the week girls.

Players player points go to Julie 3 points, Annie 2 points and Erin 1 point.

Civic boot camp week 2: 22-5-12

The civic girls were put through a tough session this morning and a good thing too as it was -4 outside. A quick warm up and we were rolling. Legs were screeming especially Helgas on the wall hold. Chris busted out a few Fs and I’m sure a few others did too. Nice work gals.

Boxing Thursday 16-5-12

A huge session tonight with a thousand different combos and loads of court runs. A huge calorie session for the group and Kristy and I worked the group to their max. Great pad work from everyone. Don’t forget cross training this Saturday at Mackillop Wanniassa at 8am.

X-Training – Saturday 12/5/12

The girls copped a big calorie session at X-Training this morning, and whilst they were very social in their groups everyone put in a huge effort. Beautiful technique with the travel skips and plyometric exercises and 7min of successful box jumps! Well done girls
