The girls were just a blur today as they gunned through their stations. With Adam Lambert serenading Jenna (and just one more time Rabs..”HE’S GAY!!!”), the group wizzed though staggered step jumps, ladder combos, Bradford Presses, frog jumping flights of stairs, jump slams and the dreaded badbag. We threw in an ab combo to make the girls gasp in pain, and then sent them through the circuit again. Awesome to see Helen, Liz and Fionas confidence growing every week with their abilities as they get stronger and more agile. Super effort today girls, see you Wednesday!
