Civic Boot Camp – Week 4: Tuesday 27/7/10

 

The girls put in a tremendous effort today and were super focused on the task at hand. Circuit, sprints and masterchef conversations to get the heart rates going. Kath dropped in just for a quick game of basketball, lucky her team won! Lauren got heaps of work done today without Bron there, even though she attempted to get me to foam ski with her??? And what was with our Bobbsy twins, Joey and Annika? Dressed EXACTLY the same this morning. Thank heavens they had different numbers on their back, I may have gotten them mixed up. Get back to work Jenna, we need the stereo
