A fabulous morning today and although it was -2 outside the Tuggies girls were sweating up a storm inside. Although some lacked a little bit of energy after a hectic weekend, the group were put through burpees and sprints and to top it off all off all of it was in between boxing! Sleep tight on Tuesday night girls no excuses Wednesday morning!!
