The group were a bit quiet tonight – struggling to breathe, struggling to lift their arms, but funnily enough, they had plenty of air to dish out the insults and  laughter when they wanted. With quite a number of our crew missing due to school holidays, we had a bit more room to move tonight and of course had enough dumbbells to torture the group. Jenna partnered Kimbo, and it just got ridiculous from there. All the girls were stirring up Lach, as most of them are strong enough now to take his punches, and we welcomed back Karen who has been frolicking around Canada with her hubby!
