We hit a top of 1 degree at X-Training this morning, but there were plenty of Pioneers ready for a smashing, all with smiles and winter woolies. Annie showed Jenna how she is learning to out thrust-dance me, which was our own fault for turning on music for the crew. Jenna yelled at me when I started as clearly I am way too sexy and was distracting everyone from what they were supposed to be doing    A huge interval session today, lots of jelly legs at the end, and then to top it off we had some stop start ute pushes! Not only did you have to push the ute, but there was a tractor tyre in the boot! Everyone looked awesome in the new style Pioneer hoodies, we only have a couple left, so get in quick!
