The group was in full control tonight and with two people always being the timers and everyone was quick to get the sets outs to finish time!  Kristy’s wrists were shaking after the session from Kim belting out some huge elbows and Lachie and John pumped out their 10 sets of time quicker than ever.  It was all over once Kristy put her hair in a pony tail she looked like, well let’s not go there shall we.  Great work by everyone.
