Erin picked up Personal training this March and has put in a huge effort losing 17.5cms in 2 months! Concentrating on high intense cardio and full upper weights, Erin has improved dramatically in her fitness and has tripled in strength in her shoulders. With long distance running next on the agenda, Erin is pumped to try her hand at some of the upcoming fun runs. Keep up the awesome work Erin, you are an absolute pleasure to train, even if you have just gotten out of bed….  :)
