A super quick run around the lake to the hills and the sprints were on! John Boy set the girls up on a terrific session cross training their bodies in every way possible. Liz and Chris made up some of their own exercises???, whilst Jess was frolicking up the hill today with ease compared to Tuesday. Connie took about a thowwsand runs for her team proving that she has got the better of that damn hill. We have fitness testing on Tuesday girls, bring it on, the results should be phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!
