Pioneer will be launching clients out of the plane on Saturday March 20th and is calling for participants!! The price for your tandem skydive, which includes all equiptment, training, aircraft ride, and jump certificate is $325. We will be going through Skydive Canberra which operate their jumps at the Australian Mint in Deakin. You can check out any info on www.skydivecanberra.com.au

We are able to take 12 participants so get in quick if you are interested. We need a $50 deposit to book you a place. Contact Jenna or myself to register.

Civic boot camp week 5: Thursday 9/2/12

The girls had strength today and while they worked on their beautiful curtsy lunges their heart rates weren’t down for to long before we hit hills and skipping. Technique was great and the focus was there and they all put in a massive workout. Great work girls. 3 weeks to go.

Boxing – Thursday 2/2/12

13 Pioneers scoffed at the rain tonight and smashed a huuuuuge session out on the oval. Those princesses that didn’t want to get their hair wet missed a 650 calorie session. Time to step up guys, it’s canberra, you stay st home every time it’s miserable outside you are never going to get your goals.
