Anyone that wants to use the excuse of “I put on weight when I had the kids and then couldn’t lose it” should take a good look at Christina (above) and Kelly (below). Christina has managed to lose 12 kg off her PRE-Pregnancy weight, so not only did she have a baby but through weekly fitness training and careful eating she managed to then even lose the weight she had before the baby. Having two little ones is a huge job, but Christina is extremely dedicated to her goals and is breezing through them weekly. Her fitness is out of sight and her strength would put some men to shame. And guess what she has also managed to pop out a little kid that makes me just a tad fluffy…. what the hell! Kelly has been on a maintenance program after achieving her ideal size 4 months ago, and we have had an awesome time just fine tuning and sculpting her yummy mummy body. As a single mother of 2 young boys and juggling two jobs, kel is an absolute inspiration. She also just celebrated her 30th B’day last Sunday!
