Welcome to the first day of Summer in Canberra – Snow jacket and gloves weather!!! We kept the girls busy this morning with sprints on the hill, leg strength to bring a tear to the eye and some frolicking to John boy down the lake for some more torture. Scoppy joined the crew after losing her running group and it was super to have her back even if it was to see her fall on her bum. The girls are looking awesome, and definately hitting that next level before x-mas, I’m sure Liz had a red bull for breakfast this morning!
