A cold frosty morning and we were trying to knock out the ice that had packed onto the bottom of our shoes. Tyres and steps for the park today, and there were a few hesitant girls after such a big session on Monday. But no-one was getting out of anything today and the session was still completed. A pure boxing session planned for Friday to rest those legs before Point Hut on Monday and the Sri Chinmoy Fun Run! Jenna and I are coming back from Sydney on Sunday night so we expect everyone to be at the session…public holiday…TOO BAD!!!
