All those present at this mornings speed ball warm up session will understand why we will never be playing that game again! Some girls kicking skills have alot to be desired, whilst Jenna is doing everything she can to ensure we knock out a couple of clients to free up spots for next boot camp! A great strength session this morning, pumping out some burning leg, bum, chest and granny wing work! Top effort for all the girls, it’s awesome to see that not only are you girls super fit, but equally as strong!
Congrats to Anita who lost 18cm’s! For the other girls who are due to be measured, make sure you are there early on Wed morning.
