Civic Boot Camp – Thursday 18/12/08

A glorious morning to cap off 2008 for our Civic ladies. With request for the tyres for todays session….. (I know, crazy hey), the girls were pumped for a big one. With probably the girls toughest session yet, they managed to finish and were extremely relieved to get back to the cars, making a mental note to never ask for that session again!

Congratulations on an awesome year girls, you have come so far since your first boot camp and we are pumped to see you again next year! Behave yourselves over Christmas, don’t do anything Jenna and I wouldn’t do!!! And watch out for Triantulas!!

Civic boot camp week 2: 22-5-12

The civic girls were put through a tough session this morning and a good thing too as it was -4 outside. A quick warm up and we were rolling. Legs were screeming especially Helgas on the wall hold. Chris busted out a few Fs and I’m sure a few others did too. Nice work gals.

Boxing Thursday 16-5-12

A huge session tonight with a thousand different combos and loads of court runs. A huge calorie session for the group and Kristy and I worked the group to their max. Great pad work from everyone. Don’t forget cross training this Saturday at Mackillop Wanniassa at 8am.

X-Training – Saturday 12/5/12

The girls copped a big calorie session at X-Training this morning, and whilst they were very social in their groups everyone put in a huge effort. Beautiful technique with the travel skips and plyometric exercises and 7min of successful box jumps! Well done girls
