A huge effort by everyone this morning with a 5 km adventure run at Pine Island.  A beautiful morning and everyone did awesome and Kristy and i were blown away with the huge effort by everyone.  Bri burnt a smashing 660 calories and kept a fantastic pace the whole way through.  Annie’s walk was my jog pace and well done to all who got surprised with weight vests brilliant work.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!! Another game down and 2 goals scored by Akers the animal.  It was 0-0 at the end of the first half as it always is we were just warming up for the second half.  30 seconds into the second half Akers goes left then right dodging the opposition and hits a blinder past the goal keeper it was BRILLIANT!!  As the game went on the other team started to get a little cranky as you do when your losing. Passing was quick and our fitness again was on our side and another goal scored by Akers with brilliant passing from her team mates. Thanks to Bri for coming to cheer us on as we got another game under the belt and good for us still no yellow or red cards haha.

As you can see it was smiles all round this morning the sun was out and heart rate monitors on.  Legs and skipping today and loads of it.  With Kristy lapping up the sun or rain on her weekend away the entire group put in a huge effort today in the entire session.  Venetia’s squat had the technique of a trainer and Lachies sprint would have kept Kristy on her toes.  Annie rode her bicycle down did a one hour session and rode home and burnt a whopping 1097 calories GOOD LORD!!!  Brilliant work by all.

My group of the week are my Barton Corporate group.  Taking on the group just over 1 year ago this fine group have come a long way.  Doing 2 one hour sessions a week the group are far more productive at work and feel great and not to mention look great. Besides Friday morning teas the group have learnt about having a healthy lifestyle and diet and making it a part of their daily routine.  They even get so excited about me coming they ask for toys to play with like weight vests to wear, now that is keen.  Each week they show up with smiles on and are ready for the session with full enthusiasm, until they see tyres and logs in the back of the truck.  But they still put in 100% and i couldn’t think of a better group to train every Wednesday and Friday. Thaks guys.  See you Wednesday!!!

A beautiful evening panned out for the 6:30 kick off after a thowsand panicky text and voice mail to Jenna’s and my phone asking if the class was on…. of course it’s on, unless there is Lightning we are good to go!!! Suck it up, we love fluffy hair and wet grass!!! A big ab session with the boxing tonight but I’m sure the laughing had more effect with the return of Splinter in fine form, and the girls were amused with trying to pump out the combinations. Heaven help them. Congratulations to Felicitie who achieved her first full sit up today. A fantastic accomplishment….(please see below photo…YAY!!!). Another congratulations goes out to our machine, Blado. Who lost another 6cm in girth measurements and deadset should be in some sort of muscle sculpting competition. You look amazing Blado, keep up the great work!!

The amazing transformation of Dennis Tarbuck!!!!!!!!!

If those photos haven’t blown you away, then let me tell you a bit about Dennis. First of all this strapping gentleman is 77 Years old!!! Now with the body of a 30 year old man, Dennis pumps out over 100 pushups on his toes in a pt session, does full chin ups, sit ups and easily smashes out 1500 punches without a rest. Dennis has only been training since August this year, and loses in kg’s and cm’s every week!

Congratulations Dennis on your hard work and commitment to your personal training sessions! You are an absolute thrill to train and an inspiration to everyone! Look out in 2009!

A big cardio and strength interval session with the girls today to lead them into a big week for next week. The girls have had an awesome start to the program and have already shown a huge level of commitment, which will ensure they get their results quick. Special mentions go to Jess, Stacey,Nicci and Ann-Maree today for a terrific effort.

A brilliant boxing session today by all.  After one strict penalty the girls snapped back into Boot Camp mode and really stepped up to the plate.  You girls really make our day when you have a smashing session you all have come a long way great work to all.

With the last civic boot camp program kicking off today the girls are pumped for a huge 4 weeks of calorie burning torture! We welcome Kath and Nancy to the group who put in a tremendous effort for their first session! Good thing Nancy has wheels on her chair today, all she will need to do is slide around the office. It’s going to be a great month girls, you will be celebrating XMas with trim and terrific bodies! Jenna and I are super pumped!!!!

A smashing session today but great work by all.  Dodging the sprinklers and doing hill sprints kept the girls on their toes for the whole session.  I must say girls, your fitness has really improved over the last 4 weeks we cant wait to measure all of you and watch the CMS come off. Well done to Anna, for the very first time didn’t bring up last nights dinner at Fadden Pines we love it, and welcome back Romina after a quick recovery.
