A busy session for the girls today. A top effort from everyone made it very hard to choose player points. Welcome back to Margie and Jodie after a week off, you girls put in a great solid performance!  Player of the day points went to Wendy 3, lynda 2 and Liz 1. GO THE FORDS!

The great race! Unfortunately for the brave group that attended it was a race that seemed to never end……oh, only if Scotty vomited! Close but not close enough!

Lining up for boxing class….little did they know, a session that would allow very few to manage to move their arms to brush their teeth the next morning!

2500 punches later, weights work on the arms and a fair distance run…..and there is still enough energy to have fun and be cheeky for the camera!

A huge leg session today! Kickboxing, leg strength and cardio pumped the calorie burning through the roof. Genevieve recorded a massive 625 calories stripped off for the session! And I don’t think the group will ever walk the same way again….

SUPER CIRCUITS – X TRAINING (Ladies) – Starts Monday 14th July 2008

6am – 7am Monday and Wednesday mornings at MPowerdome, Coyne st Fadden. Program runs for 4 weeks and the cost is $200

This program will aim to improve overall strength and endurance, whilst burning away those calories and giving you the leg up before those summer clothes start to venture out! Start your morning off with a great workout, a heap of laughs, all whilst getting the results you want.
