A huge session tonight with a thousand different combos and loads of court runs. A huge calorie session for the group and Kristy and I worked the group to their max. Great pad work from everyone. Don’t forget cross training this Saturday at Mackillop Wanniassa at 8am.
The girls copped a big calorie session at X-Training this morning, and whilst they were very social in their groups everyone put in a huge effort. Beautiful technique with the travel skips and plyometric exercises and 7min of successful box jumps! Well done girls
