About Us

Pioneer Training is proud of its reputation for providing real training for real people through programs such as boot camps, boxing for fitness, group fitness, adventures and individualised personal training taking people safely out of their comfort zone and onto the next level.
The owner, Kristy Janszen leads up the training team for all services offered so you are dealing directly with the best. The team is fully qualified and insured.

Boot Camp – Ladies only

Boot camp Pioneer style is set up to provide a supportive but challenging approach to increased fitness and weight loss. The sessions are conducted at various locations in the Tuggeranong area to match that session focus. Never dull, never the same!
The numbers for each boot camp are strictly limited to ensure no one is left behind, and all participants are accountable. If you don’t show the Pioneer trainers will know!
  • Outdoor programs run in 8 week blocks – Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6am to 7am.
  • Indoor (Winter) programs run in 6 week blocks – Monday and Wednesday mornings 6am to 7am.

Boxing for Fitness – Mixed class

A fitness experience with gloves! Loud, fast and a whole lot of fun covered in a whole lot of sweat. Equipment is provided and you don’t need to have a boxing partner, you come and meet them!
  • Thursday evenings 6:30 to 7:30pm – Trinity Oval, located on McBryde Cres Wanniassa.

Yoga with Kim-Maree at Moving Om – Mixed class

Moving Om yoga practice is designed to be progressive, allowing each person to determine what their level is on any given day. Regardless of if you have and haven’t done yoga before, Moving Om provide an uncomplicated practice space. You do no have to be good at yoga or bendy in any way. It’s not just a hippy thing!
  • Tuesdays 6am to 7am; Wednesdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm; Sundays 10am to 11am (during daylight savings)– Bonython Neighbourhood Hall, Barr Smith Ave, Bonython.

Personal Training

That extra bit of attention and accountability to ensure you stay on track to achieve the goals YOU want. Gym and home programs are also available via email or Dropbox accounts so that you have more direction completing your own exercise sessions but still have a trainer to monitor your results and to touch base with.
